Bear Creek Park Train
Travel the woods of Bear Creek Park, into the magical tunnel, onto the forest of giant cottonwood trees, ending up at the station and gift shop. Meet Eddy the Engine and Chough the steam locomotive that operate on a 15 inch narrow gauge track. Plan parties, walk through the trails and play at the park. Bose Corn Maze
Come out and explore this 15 acre maze cut out of a 19 acre field. Clues are used to work your way through the maze and the walls of the maze are 12 feet tall. Children will enjoy the mini maze and sand box with toys. Two fire pits are available for all visitors to use, with free marshmallows to roast. Crescent Beach
Just after the turn of the century, this was a vacation area once graced by the Crescent Hotel and a pier at the foot of Beecher Street. Enjoy the warm waters of the bay in the protected swimming area, the sandy beach and tidal pools are wonderful for playing and building sand castles. Take a walk along the beach, with its great views of the bay; it is excellent for experiencing sun sets (click photograph at right for larger view). You will find the beach by taking Crescent Road to Beecher Street and continue to the water.

Historic Stewart Farm

Peace Arch Provincial Park
The Peace Arch stands as a symbol of enduring friendship between Canada and the U.S.A. The Arch was conceived by an American, Samuel Hill and was built to celebrate 100 years of peace (1814 - 1914) between Canada and the USA after the treaty of Ghent in 1814. The arch faces north and south, half in each country and is built along classic Greek-Doric design and rises to a height of 67 feet. It is surrounded by grass and the well-kept flower gardens of Peace Arch Park.
Peace Portal Golf Club
